
The film tells the story of Zorro's struggle to protect the Mexican people from the cruel governor Don Alvarez. Governor Don Alvarez is an evil man who oppresses the people and seizes all their property. Farm owner Don Juarez calls his son Alberto, whom he had sent to the city, back to the farm to protect them. However, Alberto has changed under the influence of city life and has become overly gentle and sensitive. Alberto falls in love with the governor's daughter Maria, but Maria despises Alberto for being a coward. Meanwhile, someone emerges who protects the Mexican people from the governor's soldiers. This man, who calls himself Zorro, becomes a folk hero. There is one person whom the governor and his soldiers, who are searching everywhere for Zorro, do not suspect.
